How to Use Patch for IDM 6.17
- Download patch from link provided below
- Unzip the file
- Now exit IDM if it is already launched. You can exit it by right clicking its icon from taskbar
- After exiting IDM, run the patch.exe by double clicking it
- Patch will ask you for IDMan.exe. In Windows 7 64 bit, the file is located in C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager
- Choose IDMan.exe from the directory and patch it
